Course Overview
The LLM in Employment Law at the University of Leicester provides a robust understanding of UK and EU employment legislation and case law, tailored for professionals in HR, legal practice, or related fields. Divided into four core subject areas—individual employment relations, workplace equality, termination and dispute resolution, and key themes in employment law—the course encourages critical analysis of how employment law functions and its limitations in modern contexts. Study Method
